Holly Dwyer Hall is a highly trained and experienced Arts Therapist.

 

She holds an MA in Drama and Movement Therapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychoanalytic Observational Studies from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, with further training and accreditation in Evidence Based Parenting Programmes and Mentalization Based Therapies from the Anna Freud Centre, University College London. She is also trained in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), a short term psychodynamic psychotherapy developed for treating depression and anxiety and concurrent difficulties with emotional and relationship problems.  

 

Holly has 15 years experience in providing assessment and therapy for children, adults and families presenting with mild through to very complex needs across a variety of settings. She works in the NHS in both Adult and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), where in addition to clinical work she provides consultation and training to professionals on child and adolescent mental health. 

 

She is a trainer for ICAPT, The International Centre for Arts Psychotherapies Training, and a registered clinical supervisor, and has been a visiting lecturer for Arts Therapies Courses across the UK. 

 

Holly works with children, young people, families and adults, offering both short and long term therapy at Bright Futures Consultancy. She is skilful in helping others to make sense of their difficulties with compassion and curiosity, working together to find creative and meaningful resolutions to the question that bring people to therapy.
